27th December 2012.
First off its cold, not freezing but cold..reached a high of 6 i think. It is so lovely to be back in London, i’ve been walking around all day grinning even though it rained nearly all day and i was drenched, only the bits not covered by the jacket. The B&B i’m staying in is really nice, built in the 1800’s and its like stepping back in time. The street is just off Marylebone road and it’s really old world stuff, i love it. I walked down to Oxford street after checking in, the lady who checked me in is Polish and gave me her mums address in Krakow Poland if i need somewhere to stay, she said Krakow is lovely so i may go there, mmmmm. I spent the day walking and admiring. Had a coffee at Marble Arch before walking back, there are people everywhere, shopping was bedlam because of the after Christmas sales but i enjoyed it. Winter Wonderland is on in Hyde Park, the kids and i went there 3 years ago and i will probably go tomorrow night. The flight over was never ending and full of screaming toddlers and crying babies, fun. Its been about 36 hrs since i woke up in Katherine, i’m finally getting tired so this entry will be short, sorry Suzanne. Tomorrow will be spent sight seeing and just enjoying being here again, i don’t even use a map to walk around, feels like home, love it. I walked back to the hotel tonight via a different road, Edgeware then turned onto Old Marlebone, didnt get lost, it's lovely walking in the dark when its cold, not really dark because of all the lights and cars. It felt funny walking around streets that i last walked with Riley and Mia, i could see Mia in her red jacket walking in front of me down Oxford street and into Primark, hundreds of people in there again Mia but i scored us some nice stuff but i wish you were here because you're better at picking things out than me. More tomorrow. Ciao from beautiful wet cold London
had a coffee with this mob at Marble Arch
St Marys church behind my hotel, the bells chime every hour
this is my neighbourhood....love it. the sign on the gate to the park says " no ball kicking " lucky Riley's not here.

Good to see you made it safely. Your Diva is living up to her namesake. Took all three dogs for a walk yesterday, big dog on lead, the little ones not, got half way down the road and Diva stopped, looked at me, refused to come when I called, then, turned around and ran back home again - straight to the back door. She is an inside dog for sure :)
Great photo's!
Today she didn't even make it out the gate before turning around and running back to the comfort of the aircon....slack (or is it smart) dog!
